Our support groups for families offer live virtual groups, catering to significant others' from all services of public safety, helping to connect and to provide a platform for decompression, sharing, and experiencing new perspectives of some common issues. These groups are free and via Zoom.

Our social active groups help you get out and get active with others who are just like you!

Through private social media groups, and apps like Strava, go running, hiking, biking, spinning, and walking with others all around the world in our PROJECT 109 groups!

Join challenges and have some fun, whether you are brand new, or seasoned!
**This is not a fitness program, nor is this designed as a replacement for a personal trainer or fitness training program. Please be sure you are in physical shape well enough to participate in any of these activities before doing so**
